Has Worldwide Martial Law been Declared with ISIS as excuse?

If American taxpayers are funding ISIS through the CIA program, is ISIS really a made up threat to give international bankers, corporate organized crime, the industrial military complex, and their cronies unlimited funds, ownership of everything, and unlimited power for their world government?

Defense contractors can't just advertise on television to get more business building weapons for war. They own the television stations. Report "news" stories as it benefits them. They pay to create the problems using your money to then offer a solution where you pay again. How stupid are we collectively?
